You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and you would like to support

the PM Community Team within „Project Management Support and Strategic Programmes“ at Airbus Defence and Space in Taufkirchen?

Duration : at least 1 year (preferably 2 years)

« Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company’s premises. A working student’s main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment. »

We offer you some exciting tasks:
As working student you will support the department at our Taufkirchen site mainly in all its communication activities in order to create a vivid and thriving Project Management Community.

You will support the team in the development of a communication strategy and plan

You will take an active role in all communication activities (event planning, intranet presence, creation and publication of articles, creation of video statements etc.)

You will be responsible for the quarterly Project Management Newsletter and assist in the creation of editorial articles

You will be responsible to research relevant topics and to write and edit texts for various media (e.g. intranet (HUB), internet, social media, Newsletter etc.)

You maintain the content and structure of our internal HUB community and develop it further in coordination with the teams

General administrative and organizational tasks

You offer:
You are an enrolled student within media, communication, journalism, marketing or similar field

You are used to work with MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and you have experience with G-Suite

You have editorial skills and abilities, you are stylistically competent in expressing yourself in the areas of internal, external and digital communication

You have organizational and analytical skills

You have a responsible and independent way of working and a customer centric mind-set

You are result-oriented, stress resilient, accountable, reliable and autonomous

You are a team player, open-minded, creative and communicative

your english ist fluent (mandatory)

Additional languages such as German, French or Spanish would be a plus
