We are currently hiring a Project Manager responsible for managing technical projects, following-up on progress, risks, and making decisions to ensure completion and compliance with overall objectives. Reporting to a technical director of the business unit, you will work on different technical projects involving teams in different units and locations of the company, and transversal to the activities of the business unit.

Responsibilities :

  • Gather and prioritize detailed requirements from key stakeholders
  • Define sprints and backlog priorities, build plans including targets and milestones
  • Works with internal clients to identify, define, collate, document, and communicate requirements
  • Deliver best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out project activities
  • Perform quality control throughout all phases of the project to maintain the expected standards
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Track and report on roadmap and key projects’ progress, risks, strategy decisions and be able to accurately communicate to executives, peers and the rest of the company
  • Review development progress on a regular basis and provide well defined KPIs
  • Work on risk assessments and act on responses for mitigation
  • Run project status meetings, daily stand-ups, site specific project meetings and retrospective meetings

Skills & knowledge : – 5+ years of experience in project management

  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficiency with Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and Software Development Lifecycles (including waterfall)
  • Proficiency with the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence)
  • Must understand web applications architecture & design, common integration approaches, security challenges and technologies, DevOps and ProdOps activities
  • Proven track record in technology and SaaS solutions
  • Working knowledge of scripting tools or languages such as Java / C++ / Php…
  • Strong plus : experience in the French healthcare market
  • French, English (written and oral required within a professional environment)
